This was my second sale cake - made for a friend of a friend's 60th birthday party. It was a white cake with tinted batter and....

covered in a green marbelized fondant. Truth be told, I attempted to make tie-dye frosting but couldn't get it to work. I still do not enjoy working with fondant, but I've learned some new techniques and know I can make a better cake. The customer was very happy with this one though and their friend was pleasantly surprised.
